Happy Year of the Golden Ox/Cow!

February 12, 2021 marks the beginning of the year 4718 in the Chinese lunar calendar, and this year is going to be a "golden ox" year. In Chinese, the Jersey breed of cattle would be called yellow/golden in color, and as fortune would have it, Central Ohio is home to the American Jersey Cattle Association!
