The Columbus Chinese Chamber is proud to present this expert panel composed of David Goodman of CBRE Shanghai, Mike Copella of CBRE Columbus, and Brendan Murray of Chinese Chamber member JobsOhio. David and Mike will introduce the current status of commercial real estate in Shanghai and Central Ohio, and Brendan will introduce JobsOhio's SiteOhio program, which is a databse of shovel-ready sites for greenfield development.
